Randa is one of the founders of APIS and has an extensive and diverse background in the healthcare industry with over 25 years of experience. She has specific expertise in hospital operations, nursing and human resources management, and health facility planning.
She has led projects focused on healthcare institutions assessment and restructuring, market entry strategies development, as well as the review and optimization of hospital design. As a consultant, she coached nursing, human resources and operations managers to structure and optimize hospital practices. She is an instructor at the Faculty of Nursing at Université Saint Joseph of Beirut (USJ), in the areas of optimization of healthcare operations and quality of services in healthcare institutions.
Prior to founding APIS, she has held senior positions in human resources management, clinical operations and nursing in a major university hospital in Beirut.
