Carl is a talented consultant at APIS. He has worked on numerous different projects such as developing retention strategies using a dynamic modeling approach, as well as evaluating hospitals medical and financial strategies, and put in strategic objectives to ensure the sustainability of the institutions.
Prior to joining APIS, Carl was a first responder and mission leader at the Lebanese Red Cross.
